If, within 30 days of receipt, you are not satisfied with the product, we would be happy to process a return for you.
To receive a full refund to your original form of payment, items must be returned in new condition. Please note, that Kayura Effect does not offer pre-paid shipping labels to return items and does not cover the cost of return shipping fees. To return please contact us at support@kayuraeffect.com
Be sure to include your name, address, phone number, and the reason for the return. Upon receiving the package, please allow 1-2 business days for return processing and 3-5 business days for the credit to post to your account. The credit will be issued to the original payment method and you will be notified by e-mail.
*Please note that engraved items cannot be returned and are not eligible for a refund.
If you buy Kayura Effect products from authorized or unauthorized retailers or other unauthorized sources, we regret that we cannot offer you an exchange or refund. Please email the customer service team of the retailer you purchased from.
